Form a working group


Create an internal team to guide adoption of AI across your organization. Include members with different roles, such as:

  • Communications: To bring expertise in messaging, audience engagement, and strategic communication.

  • IT: To offer technical knowledge, ensure data security, and evaluate AI tools.

  • HR: To facilitate adoption and change management across the organization. 

  • Measurement, Evaluation, and Learning: To provide insights on how AI can enhance impact.

  • Legal: To address compliance, data privacy, and other issues.

The AI working group can assess AI uses across your organization, curate useful tools, provide training to all staff, record lessons learned from working with AI, and create use policies tailored to your needs.
